Our goal is to offer you the very best shipping options, no matter where you live!

We endeavor to advise shipping time frames upfront on each of our product pages. 

All orders of $150 and above will receive FREE standard shipping within Australia & New Zealand.

Heavier items may incur a slightly higher shipping cost as calculated by Australia Post - Parcel Post.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse and postal service will then process the order, which may take an additional 2-3 days.

• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our products are shipped from multiple warehouses, which means sometimes your items may be sent separately. Delivery usually takes between 5-20 days. In the unlikely event more than 20 days have passed please email us at info@babybuzzzz.com.au to quickly review the status of your order.

International:

We are happy to ship worldwide, after all children's toys are loved all over the world!

If you would like your order shipped overseas please get in touch and we'll happily reply with a quote to ship the desired items.

Please note free shipping does not apply to international orders unless otherwise specified. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. The delivery time may be longer to some locations, however we are happy to ship to anywhere if you are happy to pay the calculated price.

Whenever possible (excluding gift boxes and hampers) we may reuse, re-purpose and recycle packaging materials so please excuse the ugly box!

We believe every bit makes a difference so when you receive your order please keep this in mind - it's likely we have reused it together with packing materials like bubble wrap and shredded Kraft paper to keep your items safe and secure. This not only helps the environment, it also means we can keep prices down for our customers.
